Architect · Plans · 3D renders · Site supervision

Drawn on paper.Seen on screen.Built on site.

For over 12 years, I have been drawing the plans, building the renders and walking the construction sites of homes, apartments and renovations, from the first sketch to the day you get the keys.

The studio

I design homes and buildings from the first line on paper to the last check on site. Precise plans, photoreal renders and weekly site visits, all from one architect.

Most projects pass through many hands between the drawing board and the building site, and details get lost on the way. Here, the person who draws your plans also shows you the result in 3D, then visits the site every week to make sure it gets built that way.

Testimonials

We had one person to call from the first sketch to the day we got the keys. The renders showed us the house before a single wall went up, and the weekly site reports meant we never had to chase anyone.

The drawings were so complete that our three quotes came in within a few percent of each other. When a question came up on site, we had an answer the same day.

Renovating a 1930s house is full of surprises. The survey caught the worst of them before work started, and the new kitchen is exactly what the render promised.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Many clients ask for the full journey, from plans to handover, but you can also hire me for plans only, renders only, or site supervision on a project drawn by someone else.

  • Yes. Send the plans, the elevations and any material references, and I will build the 3D model and deliver photoreal renders, usually within two to three weeks.

  • Yes. I prepare the drawings and documents the permit requires, submit the file and follow it with the authorities until the decision.

  • Once a week on average, and more often at critical stages such as foundations, structure and waterproofing. After every visit you receive a short written report with photos.

  • For full projects, fees are a percentage of the construction budget, split by stage so you only commit to one stage at a time. Plans only, renders only and site supervision are quoted as fixed fees.

  • For a new house, allow two to three months for design and plans and two to four months for the permit, then the length of the works. Renders on their own are usually delivered in two to three weeks.
